Mark was Executive Director and Head of Convertible Bond Research at Morgan Stanley, where he provided high-yield and stressed convertible bond strategies for institutional clients and led numerous capital market transactions. At RBS, he led the high-yield research team, delivering investment ideas and relative value intelligence to traders and buy-side clients, with a proven track record of outperformance. Mr. Olson began his career at KPMG, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and gaining cross-border experience in Canada, Germany, and the UK, where he provided financial due diligence and advisory services for private equity and corporate transactions. He holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) designations and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary. Mr. Olson is also committed to giving back. He previously served as a branch treasurer for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, and remains active in supporting Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), which works to prevent sudden cardiac deaths in young people through awareness campaigns, screening programs, and family support services in the UK. He has managed direct investments and business turnarounds in the MedTech, real estate, and luxury fashion sectors, among others.

Hussain is a senior business leader and Managing Partner with over 20 years of international experience across commodities, global market expansion, and strategic investment in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international markets. He has extensive worldwide experience in commodities trading, supported by a strong global network of producers, traders, investors, and institutional partners. Hussain specialises in startups and growth-stage businesses, advising on funding, scaling, and international expansion, and structuring high-value cross-border opportunities. Working closely with family offices, international investors, and strategic partners, he helps align capital with high-growth ventures and supports companies entering and expanding within the Saudi market. As Managing Partner, he provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and execution-driven direction, enabling sustainable growth across multiple sectors.

Maitham is an experienced financial advisor with a strong background in corporate banking, financial strategy, and capital structuring across the Saudi and regional markets. He has advised corporates and SMEs on financial planning, restructuring, risk management, governance, and funding solutions, supporting improved financial performance and sustainable growth. He brings a disciplined, analytical, and board-level perspective to financial advisory and decision-making.

Vishnu is a business development professional with experience supporting startups and growing businesses in India across hospitality, technology-driven services, and operations. He has contributed to market development, partnerships, client engagement, and operational coordination, bringing a hands-on and execution-focused approach to business growth. As Business Development Manager, he focuses on identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting scalable, sustainable growth.

He has held senior executive roles including Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategy for globally recognized brands and creative collectives including Yeezy, Fear of God, JJJJound, DreamCrew, Heron Preston (New Guards Group), and Peter Do. His work has included negotiating landmark global partnerships, overseeing international expansion, and leading large-scale finance and operations initiatives.
